How to script requests, run whole collections, draw flows, keep collections in Git and hand Request Eagle to the coding agent you already use.
Request scripts
Open a request's Scripts section to write JavaScript that runs before sending or after receiving a response. The Snippets menu and pm. completion list the available APIs.
Collection Runner
The Collection Runner sends a collection's requests one after another and reports what their tests found. Use it to check a whole API, replay a flow such as sign in, create, read and delete, or run the same requests for every row of a data file.
Flows
A flow connects blocks on a canvas, as in Postman Flows. Data leaves a block's outputs on the right and travels along connections into the inputs of other blocks on the left. Flows chain saved requests, reshape their responses with FQL, branch, loop and collect results, without writing a script.
Git
Collections are plain files, so Git can keep their history and share them with your team. Request Eagle commits, pulls, pushes and syncs them for you, and shows where each repository stands.
Agent
The agent panel brings the coding agent you already use into Request Eagle: Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode. Point at what you mean in a request or its response, or mention a saved request or flow, ask about it, and let the agent read your code and run, fix or create saved requests and flows. The agent keeps its own sign-in, models and tools.
Request Eagle CLI
request-eagle-cli is an optional standalone binary for AI agents. It manages saved collections, requests and flows, runs them, and edits settings, without the desktop app or a display.
